CIMS Selections
Here's what the CIMS staffers are fancying this week:

Russell Cothran - ThinkIndie Sales & Marketing
Refused- Freedom (Epitaph)

“They told me that the classics never got out of style, but they do....they do. Somehow baby, I never thought we'd do too,”

Not sure how I feel about this...cautiously excited is probably the closest way to describe my feelings for a new Refused record. I’m happy that they have had a triumphant return & more people are digging them now, but it was cool when they were your little secret back in the day & you had to play The Shape of Punk To Come for all of your friends because it was such a great record! How do you top that? If your lucky enough for them to come to your town, go...you won’t be disappointed!

Scott Register - ThinkIndie A&R
Tobias Jesso, Jr.- Goon (True Panther Sounds)

Dig this Canadian's vibe. Honest, moving, beautiful songs.

Andrea Paschal - CIMS/ThinkIndie General Manager
Tamaryn- Hands All Over Me (Mexican Summer)

Loving the first single from the upcoming record titled Cranekiss- check out the new video here.
