CIMS WEEKLY CHARTS: WEEK ENDING 9/10/20

Hello Everyone,

This week my thoughts are with everyone that has been affected by the storms and fires. The amount of displacement, loss, and destruction is devastating.  I don’t know about you, but as we work our way through another week, I find myself inching further and further away from the television and retreating to books and music for just a little escape from all that is wrong in the world right now.

Here are a few links with some ways to help out those in need at this time:

Four Easy Ways to Chip In for Hurricane Relief

American Red Cross: Hurricanes Sally & Laura Disaster Relief

Global Giving: California Wildfire Relief Fund

Eight Ways to Help People Affected by the California Wildfires

American Red Cross: Western Wildfire Disaster Relief

It is also so important to continue to support small businesses and since this is coming from me, especially independent record stores.

For some of you that support comes from buying records, or making records, and for some of you it is getting those records onto the shelves so that we can sell some records! Let’s all do our part.

2020 has not given me much else to talk about, so that is all I have, but since the music is what we are here for, I have thrown together a playlist of some songs that keep me moving.

I would love to hear what is on your lists.

Here are the charts,

Andrea
